KY62: the perfect balance between art and architecture,
crafted by Kelly Boukobza
Kelly Boukobza is an interior architect with a sharp eye for detail and a distinctive yet open approach. Through her agency, KY Architecture, she brings ambitious projects to life for clients who dream of luxury, fine materials, and minimalism. A lover of the lines and asymmetries of the early 20th century, the decorative arts of the 1950s, and structured spaces, she has also launched her first furniture line, Y.
At KY62, located at 62 rue de Monceau in Paris, Kelly unveils her inspirations, aspirations, and passion for the exceptional work of artists and artisans. This welcoming space serves as a setting where unique, bespoke decoration projects with a strong identity are conceived, discussed, and brought to life for her clients. Visitors are immersed in an apartment with marquetry flooring, a serene and intimate atmosphere, and a concept that mirrors Kelly’s work—blending office, gallery, and a creative hub for contemporary high-end decoration. Here, she brings together noble materials and delicate finishes in a space designed for creativity, collaboration, and the appreciation of beauty.
A wall installation by Valeria Nascimento adorns the entrance hall, illuminated by the refined lighting of Kheops sconces, a collaboration with Maison Entrelacs. Beyond the archway, a mirror by Florence Girette reflects the space’s natural tones. The collection is enriched by a piece by Martin Berger, totems by Maxence de Bagneux, and other works that resonate with the space and complement Kelly’s own furniture designs.
KY62 is more than an apartment; it’s a place of work, creation, and exhibition. A space where architecture and art merge to form an inspiring and timeless environment, where every detail invites discovery—of talent, materials, and new possibilities.
