The art and richness of Murano
glass in the heart of Paris
At 327 Rue Saint-Martin in Paris, Ruben Jochimek, artistic director of Maison Veronese, has envisioned a space for meetings, ideation, discovery, and wonder.
The establishment of Maison Veronese in this new space in 2019 has brought to life a concept that perfectly embodies Veronese’s mission: perpetuating the dialogue between art, lifestyle, and design, and transcending eras and borders through the prism of Murano glass. Veronese envisioned a lively and dynamic space where clients, partners, and the team feel comfortable, free to move around, draw inspiration, exchange ideas, and co-create, forgetting about time.
Renewed exhibitions and experiences
The exhibition space offers a renewed scenography every year, blending over 90 years of collections with contemporary pieces. Since 2022, the Maison regularly invites curators such as Béatrice Masi from Spaceless Gallery, designers, and artists to collaborate in reimagining this space for exchange and dialogue. The aesthetic experience is coupled with the human and gustatory experience, with the kitchen being the central piece of this place, offering clients the opportunity to share coffee, snacks, or chef-prepared meals amidst engaging conversations
« WHERE I COME FROM, EVERYTHING HAPPENS IN THE KITCHEN,
AND I WANTED THE VERONESE FAMILY
TO DO THE SAME. »

Design Office and Workshop
Veronese accompanies its clients from ideation to project delivery, whether the piece is from the collection, constructed from elements thereof, or entirely custom. The design team brings its expertise in technical drawing, development, and technology to realize even the most ambitious projects. The workshop allows for experimentation as well as quality control for each piece crafted in Murano, as well as the assembly of various elements (glass, steel, connectors, etc.). It is also in the workshop where Veronese restores antique pieces, whether from its collections or otherwise.
The Archives, a Treasure of the House
Since 1931, Veronese has preserved glass elements crafted in Murano, whether used or not in its collections and collaborations with designers. Each element is a witness to the history and expertise of this art house, but also the starting point for new ideas, assemblies imbued with tradition and contemporaneity.
The Martha collection by Freddie Jochimek, the Ornella suspension by Sandra Benhamou, or Past and Future by Piet Hein Eek have all originated in the heart of the archives, sparked by encounters with elements from the past.
Living Space, Beyond the Art of Murano
Veronese believes in projects born from encounters. In the advancements of art and design that arise from passionate discussions. Every year, during Paris Design Week, the Maison hosts an event for its clients and partners, and every month, Dine & Design lunches bring together clients and personalities from the art and design world for a gourmet meal. Since 2024, the Maison also organizes Design Sessions for architecture and interior design agencies. Whether spontaneously or by appointment, clients are always welcomed at the showroom for a tour of the exhibition, workshop, and archives; but above all, for a discussion, a meeting between their project, their creativity, and the limitless possibilities of Murano art as seen by Veronese.
