MAISON POUENAT AND MAISON LELEU
EXHIBIT ON THE OCCASION OF
MILAN DESIGN WEEK:
A MUST-SEE DESIGN EVENT.
On the occasion of Milan Design Week 2025, Maison Pouenat invests the Spazio RT Gallery to present exclusively pieces designed with the Haddou & Dufourcq duo. Kim Haddou and Florent Dufourcq sign for the occasion the scenography of the place as well as an unprecedented collection of furniture called Cosmo. Each room is an exploration around the metal where aluminum metamorphoses into elegant and sculptural material.
The Cosmo armchair and chair commine twisted aluminum with silky velvet, offering comfort and boldness. Perfect balance between strength and lightness, the dining table and console of the Cosmo collection, seem to float in space, suspended between gravity and levitation. Their textured glass tops capture light and diffuse it, contrasting with the metallic rigor of the corrugated nickel-plated aluminum base. The chandelier, aerial and heavenly, evokes a constellation, while the mirrors punctuate the space with a mystical aura. Finally, the library stands as an aerial work of art, both sculpture and screen, between a play of shadows and transparency.
Maison Pouenat and Haddou & Dufourcq through Cosmo capture a suspended moment, between past and future, art and functionality, where each room becomes a fragment of a constellation that is both universal and timeless. To be discovered from April 7 to 13 at the Spazio RT Gallery in Milan.

MAISON LELEU
For its first participation in the Milan Design Week, Maison LELEU unveils the exhibition Miroir en Poésie. Imagined by Alexia Leleu, Jules Leleu’s great-granddaughter, this presentation highlights eight contemporary pieces in an immersive and sensory scenography, designed by the artistic director and CEO of the House.
Immerse yourself in a suspended journey where heritage and creativity dialogue, meet and redefine each other in a ballet of forms, materials and light. The works presented explore singular materials and rely on the virtuosity of art artisans. Some are born for the first time, while others, drawing their essence from the precious archives of the House, boldly redesigning themselves.
Among the art objects revealed during the exhibition, you can discover, among others, the Balaé chair, where the harmony between round volumes and straight lines comes to life in a sumptuous jacquard with subtle metallic reflections signed Dedar. The iconic Mava armchair, halfway between stool and armchair, is adorned for the occasion with a mahogany finish and a soft mohair velvet, also from Dedar. The Coretta stelae, constantly reinvented by Alexia Leleu, are revealed here through bold finishes: in marmorino and gold leaf, they weave a dialogue between tradition and modernity, while in platinum on ceramic, they take up a real artisanal challenge for a resolutely modern rendering. As for the Orys luminaire, it reveals itself in all its splendor: both sculptural and functional, dense and sensual, delicate and spectacular. It unfolds in space, capturing light and transporting the viewer into a dreamlike universe…
Mirror in Poetry is an encounter between memory and imagination, a game of infinite reflections where history awakens, flourishes and metamorphoses. Maison LELEU celebrates the idea that each creation draws its strength from the past, which is constantly reborn to inspire and shape the future. These art objects embody the very essence of Maison LELEU: a subtle dialogue between heritage and modernity, where the unique refinement of each room is intertwined with a vision of an ever more majestic future. For Alexia Leleu, the echo and the imprint of time inspire the present. To be discovered from April 7 to 12 at the French Institute in Milan.
