Explore the world of Anne-Sophie Pailleret at Galerie Berès, where Samir Mazer’s “Traces” collection for Les Ateliers Zelij enhances the art of chiselling zellige tiles. Be enchanted by this perfect harmony of nature, colours, and artisanal craftsmanship.

PARCOURS AD

Anne-Sophie Pailleret invites you to Galerie Berès (left bank) within a lush couture setting, centred around a sumptuous table enveloped in an imaginary garden. She showcases the latest collection, Traces, created by Samir Mazer for Les Ateliers Zelij.

Traces reinterprets the traditional technique of chiselling zellige tiles. This collection explores various creative textures of Nature to engage the senses and adorn the space. For Anne-Sophie Pailleret, this creation reflects the artisan’s hand, an organic artistic design, with free forms that integrate seamlessly with the original material. The zelliges represent an element in perfect harmony with the rest of the decor, all enveloped in green and ivory hues, conveying the poetry of a hand-crafted, living material.

For over 30 years, Jean-Marc Lelouch has offered a selection of artworks and artist furniture that reflects his unique vision, appealing to a discerning and loyal clientele of art enthusiasts and interior designers. Jean-Marc Lelouch acts as a filter, guiding his clients to discover new artists. In his Parisian gallery on the left bank, opposite the Louvre, you will find pieces that resonate with individuality, a line of tasteful nonconformity where everything feels distinct. His friendship with Anne-Sophie Latil has led to collaborations between their two worlds. A catalogue of Lelouch Latil pieces is available upon request.

Starting this September 2024, Galerie Lelouch will feature Martin Berger’s dynamic sculptural painting, Flow S3#3. This work combines fluid curves with vibrant yellow and pristine white, embodying movement. As a choreographer of materials, Martin Berger draws inspiration from nature and the dynamics of gestures and the body. 9.  BEL OUVRAGE

Bel Ouvrage celebrates the excellence of French craftsmanship. Maxence de Bagneux presents two Carbone Totems, sculptural decorative works.

The inaugural edition of Bel Ouvrage is held at the Orangerie du Sénat until 8th September 2024, as part of the 30th anniversary of the Grands Ateliers de France association and the 30th anniversary of the Master of Art title. This exhibition, curated by Carole de Bona, highlights French excellence in the arts and contemporary creation with a particular focus on Decorative Arts and Collectible Design. It features a selection of unique pieces created by 40 designers, including 10 Masters of Art, and will also host a charity auction benefiting the Fondation des Femmes.

At the invitation of Carole de Bona, Maxence de Bagneux presents two exceptional pieces from the “Carbone” series. Combining chamotte stoneware and wood, he plays with the depth of black, curves, and the unique light qualities of each material. His Totems are both decorative and imbued with surprising sensuality. Maxence de Bagneux places great importance on touch and perception, both during creation, where his hands commune with the clay, and in the final experience for the viewer. His nearly hypnotic sculptures capture the gaze as a shape captures light. They evoke both Brancusi and Sottsass while offering total modularity that adapts to any decor and interior architecture project.

Find Maxence de Bagneux in the Collection space, along with an interview with the sculptor in the Rencontres space.
